We offer free worldwide registered air delivery for all products you purchase, and no minimum purchase is required!

Item Dispatch Within 24 - 48 Hours

Items are shipped within 24 - 48 hours upon payment received (except custom order item, temporary out of stock items, or long public holidays). All items are shipped directly from our dispatch center located in Shenzhen CBD, where it is the most efficient logistic hub of the South China.

Each Parcel Has Its Own Tracking Number

We understand how important it is be able to keep track of your item, and will make sure each parcel is shipped registered with its own tracking number. Most destinations takes +/- two weeks to arrive (except custom order), and we are always standing by to track it for you whenever you request us to do so.

High Quality Wrapping & Packaging

We pay special attention in wrapping each item and use extra bubble wraps / air bags to ensure good protection for all fragile items. In all circumstances only high quality heavy duty shipping box, thick mailing tube, or bubble padded envelop are used.

International Registered / Signed-For Parcel for the Safe Receipt

Most items are shipped via International registered / signed-for air mail, air parcel or courier express. This arrangement require you to sign-in for the receipt of the parcel, ensuring it is safely delivered to your hand.

Receive the Item in 10 - 15 Days

For most destinations it takes approximately 10-15 days to arrive, but in some rare situations it may take as much as four weeks due to the custom check, bad weather, or the peak delivery season such as Easter or Christmas.

Optional Courier Express Service

Express delivery such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS can be arranged with extra fee upon request. For most destinations it will shorten the delivery time in half and take approximately 5 - 7 days to arrive.

Optional Postage Insurance

Postage insurance is optional and is surcharged at 5% of the total amount. Simply write down "add postage insurance" during the check out, and we will send you a separate invoice for your postage insurance payment. We recommend you to purchase postage insurance as Interact China will not be responsible for the lost or damage of the item due to the postage delivery.

Custom Duty

Unlike electronic or computer products, the issue of custom duty is not often for our items. However, should this issue arise, according to the normal practices of the e-commerce industry, buyers would be responsible for the said levied tax.
