Chi Energy Healing Workshop
Clears Tai Chi hosted a Chi Energy Healing Workshop over three days called the "Intensive Secrets of Universal Healing Chi Kung."The workshop’s focus was to teach attendees how to sense, interpret, balance and heal certain injuries and illnesses with Chi. A certificate was then awarded to participants at the end of the workshop.

12th University Wushu Games
The Wushu-Kung Fu Fitness Center hosted its 2016 Terp University Games competition at the Ritchie Coliseum, University of Maryland that turned out to be the largest and most successful University Wushi Games (UWG) hosted ever. The competition saw the participation of 160 practitioners, both university students and non-students, including children. This 12th Annual UWG was broken down into 2 main categories: Wushu and traditional kung fu.

2017 U.S Capital Wushu Championships
Organized by Northern Virginia Wushu Academy, the 2017 edition of U.S. Capital Wushu Championships will take place on March 11th and feature events in Contemporary/Modern Wushu, Traditional, TaiJi, and group competition. The championships will take place in Nova House, Virginia and registration fee is $90 for 2 events, then $20 for each additional event.
